Instructions for Viewing Online Grades and Attendance
1. The first step is to read through the online tutorial. The link for the tutorial is: Tutorial Link. It is very important for you to view this slide show because it shows the screens that you will see with an explanation of the information presented. Clicking on this link will take you to the Galena Park ISD Family Access. Please disregard the Galena Park name. To view the tutorial, click on the Skyward Tutorial – English or the Skyward Tutorial – Spanish link on the left-hand side of the page. This will take you to the slide show. You will then click on the Slide Show button located at the bottom right of the page. Once the show starts, you will simply click to go to the next slide.
2. The second step is to go to the login page. The link for the login page is: Login Link. Once you are at the login page, you will be asked to enter your login. You must use an assigned login and password for this temporary time. If you have not received an email with your login and password, please email Jo Ellen Henderson or call her at 863.7100, ext. 1401. Both the assigned login and password must be used the first time you log in. You will have the option of changing your password, but you cannot change the login at this time. This is a temporary login. When we get our system working, you will go back to using your SchoolFusion login and password.
Note: The structure of the login name is a 5+3+3 format. It includes the first 5 letters of your last name, plus the first 3 letters of your first name, plus 3 numbers. If your last name does not have 5 letters, then a space for each missing letter will be used.
Example: Last is Cox, first name is Susan, and numbers are 000. The result will look like COX SUS000 (there are 2 spaces between the X and S).
