DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR NEW STUDENTS TO LUBBOCK-COOPER ISD
The following documents will be required for any new student enrolling in the Lubbock-Cooper School District:
- Birth Certificate
- Child’s Social Security Card
- Complete Immunization Records
- Proof of Residency within LCISD
Utility Bill (For Your Convenience, This May Be Obtained And Printed At Lpandl.Com)
Lease Papers For Apartment, Mobile Home, Etc. - Proof Of Withdrawal From Child’s Former School
- Parent’s Driver’s License
- Proof Of Income
Paycheck Stub
